A CRM for service businesses — instead of spreadsheets, notebooks and chat threads.

Clients, requests, bookings and tasks in one place. You can see who got in touch, who is handling it, and what needs doing today. Interface in Kazakh and Russian, data on servers in Kazakhstan.

Getting started

One day from signing up to working in it.

Step 0110 minutes

Set up your business

Name, city, opening hours, staff. Services and prices are loaded from your existing price list — no typing them in.

Step 02same day

We move your clients in

From spreadsheets, a notebook or an export — we do it for you. Phones, names, and visit history if you have it.

Step 03every day after that

Work in one place

Requests, bookings, tasks and the history for each client. In the morning you can see who wrote overnight and what has to close today.

Nothing to install: it runs in a browser, including on the front desk's phone.

What's inside

Everything the front desk uses daily — and nothing more.

Requests

Every enquiry is a card with a status, an owner and its full history. You can see what is new, what is in progress and what is closed.

Clients

One database: phone, language, every enquiry and visit, staff notes. No duplicates and no notebook.

Bookings

A calendar by service and by staff member. Free slots, the day's load, and who is booked with whom.

Tasks

Call back, remind, check — with a deadline and an owner, rather than in the receptionist's head.

Price list

Services and prices live in the system. Staff use them, and so do the automatic replies to clients.

Staff and roles

Owner, administrator, specialist — each sees their own view. It is clear who changed what and who owns which request.

Why Darmm rather than an off-the-shelf CRM

Most CRMs here are translated foreign systems: no Kazakh, data on someone else's servers, and half the fields are about pipelines and deals that service businesses do not have.

01

Kazakh actually works

The interface and client messaging are in Kazakh and Russian. We train and publish open Kazakh-language models under the Darmm name on HuggingFace.

02

Data does not leave Kazakhstan

The personal-data store sits physically on servers in Kazakhstan, as Article 12 of the personal data law requires. Most foreign CRMs cannot say that.

03

Built for services, not for sales

Requests, bookings and repeat visits instead of pipelines and deals. Nothing extra that the front desk will never fill in anyway.

04

The data stays yours

Legally you are the data controller and Darmm is the processor under contract. Export on request at any time, and deletion too.

Who it works for

The CRM does not know your industry — it knows your services, your clients and your calendar. That is why a clinic and a barbershop work the same way: the services and prices change, the logic does not.

Clinics and medical centres

Dental, aesthetic, diagnostics. Prices and bookings itself, anything clinical to a doctor.

Salons and barbershops

Cuts, colour, nails. Answers in the evening, when someone is deciding where to go tomorrow.

Education centres

Language schools, exam prep, kids' clubs. Answers parents through enrolment season.

Auto services

Repairs, tyres, detailing. Quotes from the list, sends the tricky ones to a mechanic.

Fitness and studios

Memberships, personal training, trial sessions. Terms and sign-ups.

Any service with bookings

Priced services, repeat clients and appointments — the CRM is up in a day.

It is the wrong fit where there are no repeat clients and no bookings — if every order is one-off and anonymous, there is simply no client base worth keeping.

What it costs

One price per business — no per-seat billing, no six-month lock-in.

Early access
₸29,000/ mo

The standard price is ₸59,000 a month. The first businesses keep ₸29,000 for good: the product is young and you help decide what goes into it next. Monthly contract — if it does not suit you, you simply do not renew.

What's included

  • Up to 5 staff — not billed per seat
  • Clients, requests and bookings — no limits
  • Tasks with deadlines and owners
  • Enquiry history and notes per client
  • Your service price list
  • Roles: owner, administrator, specialist
  • Interface in Kazakh and Russian
  • Data on servers in Kazakhstan

Rollout and data migration are free

Configuring your business, loading services and prices, migrating your client base out of spreadsheets, and training the front desk. CRM rollouts are normally billed separately, from ₸250,000. We don't charge for it — we need the first ones that work.

Nothing else to pay: not per user, not per client, not for updates. One monthly figure covers everything listed above.

Who builds it

Four-plus years of production AI in Kazakhstan: voice and text assistants, speech and document recognition, search. Not pilots or demos — systems people use every day.
